Retention period

We determine the retention period according to fixed objective criteria: Google Analytics keeps event-level data for 2 months, and user-level data for 14 months after your most recent visit, and then deletes it automatically. Aggregated reports, which do not identify you, are kept for longer.

2. Sharing with other parties

We share personal data only with the processors and third parties listed below, for the purposes described for each one. Where a service needs your consent, it receives your data only after you give that consent.

Name: Zoho Corporation Limited (Zoho SalesIQ)
Country: United Kingdom. Chat data is held in Zoho data centres in the Netherlands and Ireland.
Purpose: Our live chat. The chat loads only when you open it, and on later pages while that chat is still active. Zoho then processes your chat messages, any name, email address or telephone number you give, your IP address and approximate location, your browser, operating system, language and time zone, and the address and title of each page of our website you view while the chat is loaded, including the page you came from. Chat transcripts and missed-chat notices are sent to our email inbox.

Name: Sendinblue SAS, trading as Brevo
Country: France
Purpose: Sending the notification emails that our website creates when you submit the enquiry form, so that your enquiry reaches our email inbox. These emails contain the details you enter in the form.

Name: Kinsta Inc.
Country: United States. Our website is hosted on the Kinsta platform in a data centre in London, United Kingdom.
Purpose: Hosting our website, including the enquiry form entries stored on it and server logs that contain IP addresses. Kinsta uses Cloudflare to protect and deliver the website. See Website hosting and security in the Annex.

Name: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Microsoft 365)
Country: Ireland. Our mailboxes are held in Microsoft data centres in the United Kingdom or elsewhere in Europe.
Purpose: Our email service. It receives website enquiries, chat transcripts and missed-chat notices.

Name: Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics and Google Ads)
Country: Ireland. Google may also process this data in the United States and other countries.
Purpose: Website statistics through Google Analytics, which our website loads through Google Tag Manager, and measuring whether our Google Ads advertisements lead to enquiries. See Website statistics and Advertising in the Annex.

Name: Trustindex Ltd (Google reviews widget)
Country: Hungary
Purpose: Showing our Google reviews. When a page with reviews opens, your browser loads the widget files from Trustindex servers, which receive your IP address and browser information. This happens before you make a cookie choice. Trustindex does not set cookies for it.

Name: Google LLC (Google Maps)
Country: United States
Purpose: Showing a map of our office on our contact page. The map loads only if you accept marketing cookies.

Country: United States
Purpose: Showing the profile photos of people who reviewed us on Google. The photos load from Google servers when a page with reviews opens, before you make a cookie choice.

Enquiries
We use the details you give us through our website form, live chat, email or telephone to reply to you and to follow up your enquiry. Our legitimate interest is in answering people who contact us about our services. Where you ask to become a client, we also use them to take the steps you ask for before we enter into a contract with you. Our website also keeps a copy of each enquiry notification email in its email log for 14 days.

Website statistics
Google Analytics cookies are set only if you accept statistics cookies. Before you make a cookie choice, and if you refuse statistics cookies, our website still sends Google Analytics measurement requests without cookies. They contain the address of the page you are viewing, the page you came from, your browser’s user agent, the time and your cookie choice, and Google receives your IP address with them. Google uses them to estimate visitor numbers in our reports, and they do not identify you to us. For these requests we rely on our legitimate interest in understanding how our website is used. Advertising
Our Google Analytics account is linked to our Google Ads account, so that we can measure whether our advertisements lead to enquiries. If you accept marketing cookies, and only then, Google may set the advertising cookies listed in our Cookie Policy. When you send our enquiry form, the Google tag may also detect the email address and telephone number you enter and send them to Google in hashed (scrambled) form, so that Google can match your enquiry to a click on one of our advertisements. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the cookie settings on our website. Google handles this data under its advertising terms and its own privacy policy.

Website hosting and security
When you visit our website, our hosting provider Kinsta and its security provider Cloudflare process your IP address, browser information and the pages you request, to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks and automated abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping our website available and secure. The server logs available to us are kept for up to 4 days. Kinsta and Cloudflare may keep security records for longer under their own terms.

Transfers outside the United Kingdom
Some of the providers named in this statement, or their own service providers, store or access personal data outside the United Kingdom, for example in the European Economic Area, the United States and India. Where this happens, the transfer relies on UK regulations that approve the destination, such as those covering the European Economic Area or US companies certified under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses in the provider’s terms.
